Some haunting images captured in 2001 by Mr Big Productions along the Ganges River for a Double Take Film Festival promo. The piece was shot on std 16mm Bolex and transferred to DBeta and DVCAM. The transfer was done as a dailies pass and I never had the chance to apply a final grade on the finished edit until now. A good base grade was built into the dailies and all that was needed for the final was a bit of polish on the color continuity. The only element of the final edit available to me was a NTSC DVCAM which I upconverted to 1080 23.98 HD and captured as a ProRes HQ file. The final grade was done on DaVinci Resolve.
